  24. For some unknown reason, Windows 95 ships without one of the most useful
  25. applets that came with Windows 3.1:  a Windows calendar.  
  26.  
  27. TopSide:  stay-on-top Calendar for Windows (v3.1 or later) provides the
  28. needed calendar applet missing from Windows 95.  TopSide can remain 
  29. on-screen, in front of ("stay-on-top") other applications and windows for 
  30. ready access.  The small calendar window that is visible can be moved or 
  31. minimized.  Its moveable on-screen position is recalled from session to 
  32. session to appear in the same place it was last utilized.

  34. The registration fee of $9.95 (plus S/H) provides a full registered copy 
  35. (without the unregistered copy notices) on a 3.5" 1.44mb diskette along 
  36. with license to use the program after a 90-day evaluation period.  The
  37. registered version activates the stay-on-top capability, the calendar
  38. print feature, and system information provision; it also recalls from 
  39. session to session the last TopSide screen position.
